When
- Saturday August 3rd 2013
- 7:00 am get to parking lot (we need to shuttle hundreds of people in, which takes a few hrs)
- 9:00 am race start
- No time limit (though we will stop you if everyone else is done)
- 7:00 pm party finish's (or until people stay, it wound down by 4pm last yr, though that was on a sunday)
Arrival
- 2.5 - 2 hours before race start (0630-0700) is the advised arrival time.
- We have to transfer upward of 400 people on three 50-person buses. This could take 2 hours. We need you there early please!
- You want to have time to find the Park and Ride lot, park your vehicle, get your gear together, get in line for the bus, ride the bus, and then register at the start line.
Busses
- We are going to have 2 or 3 school buses that will shuttle everyone (runners and guests) to the start line in the morning between 0630 and 0900.
- After 0900 we will have 1 bus running loops for the entire day.
- In the afternoon, estimate 45 mins between buses.
- You could also hike a 2.5 mile trail to the parking lot
Entry Fee
$3.00 per person (in state), $5.00 per person (out of state)- No longer needed
- We have included this in the ticket price!
