To ease the below requirement, we are having 5 trail-building FUN days! It is in cooperation with MORE (mountain bikers).

In order to run the MD HEAT Race, every participant must log at least 1 hour of outside volunteer service work. PLUS, it really is GREAT for our PARKS, and WE HAVE SERIOUS FUN at our organized Volunteer events!
The required time can be at our own organized events OR at any other park. This would ideally be trail work, though any park or outdoor work can pass.
We require that you can tell us when and where you did the volunteer work via the link above.
