MD HEAT Race

The park is requiring that each participant does at least 1 hour of outside volunteer service work. This would ideally be trail work, though any park or outdoor work can pass.

We will use a partial honor system, and require that you can tell us when and where you did the volunteer work. We will send out email reminders in the coming months, as to how you let us know about your hour.

To ease this requirement, we are having 5 trail-building FUN days! It is in cooperation with MORE (mountain bikers). Last Sunday of every month!
